• Cancellations made 1 day or more before the scheduled decoration date will receive a full refund, processed within 2 days

• Cancellations made on the same day of the decoration will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the advance payment

• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or government restrictions, certain services may be cancelled, and Shiriji Events & Decor will refund the advance payment
